John Edward Almasy age 56 of Munster passed away on July 15, 2022. John Edward Almasy age 56 of Munster passed away on July 15, 2022.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years; Patricia, daughters, Beth (Derek Whitehouse) and Jess Almasy, granddaughter Mavis Almasy-Whitehouse, nieces and nephews Ben Czysczon, Kendall Wilkerson, Tristan Almasy, and Sydney Almasy, siblings Joe (Charlotte) Almasy, and Joy (Kevin) Foust, mother-in-law Ruth Ann Czysczon, and brother-in-law David (Michelle) Czysczon.
John was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Lois Almasy, father-in-law Everest D. Czysczon, grandparents, and aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday July 19, 2022 beginning 7:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home located at 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday July 19, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home.
John retired after 32 years from the Lake County Auditor as a Supervisor of Real Estate.
John was loved and will be missed dearly by all those who knew him.
