Jonell Rose (nee Jerz) Becker, age 84 of Calumet City, IL passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. She is survived by her children, Cynthia Becker and Stephen Becker; grandchildren, Sophia Becker-Toro, Brittany Becker and Briana Becker; great grandchildren, Ariella Becker-Arellano, Evalina Becker-Arellano and Matthew Kirk; and sister, Juanita Kruczek. Jonell was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Rose Jerz; and husband, Ralph Becker.
Funeral Services will begin at 11:15 a.m. with prayers at KISH FUNERAL HOME 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN followed by a 12:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Knock Catholic Church 501 163rd St. Calumet City, IL offered by Reverend Patrick Lyons. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery Calumet City, IL. Visitation will be held on Saturday, at the funeral home from 9:00 a.am until the 11:15 a.m. prayers.
