Joseph M. Pavlick, 75 of Crown Point, IN passed away on Monday, January 16, 2012. He is survived by his wife: Jadwiga Fabisiak-Pavlick; son: Joseph D. Pavlick, Crown Point, IN; daughter: Kimberly (Jack) Slager, St. John, IN; Step-daughter MaryAnn (Pete) Sullivan, Glenview, IL; Step-daughter Irene (Robert) Beckwith, Castle Rock, CO; Step-son Richard (Joyce) Fabisiak, St. John, IN; eight grandchildren; two brothers: Richard (Marlene) Pavlick, Homosassa, FL and Eugene (Barbara) Pavlick, Dyer, IN; numerous nieces and nephews; Preceded in death by his first wife: Georgianna (Slusser) Pavlick.Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and on Thursday from 9:30-10:00 at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Consolation Church, Merrillville, IN. Interment will be private.Joseph retired from American Maize after 42 years of service. He was a member of Our Lady of Consolation Church, Local 7210 C.I.O., Horizon Single Club, White Hawk Country Club and American Legion Allied Post 369. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Alzheimer’s Research or the American Cancer Society in his memory would be appreciated.
