Kennedi E. Lany, age 21 of Munster, IN passed away courageously on Friday, June 12, 2026. She is survived by her parents, Dawn and Kenneth Lany; sister, Alaina Lany; grandparents, Colleen & David Bay and Char Lany; aunts, Kim Lany and Cheryl Labicki; uncles, Dave Bay, Keith Lany and Gene Labicki; boyfriend, Ian Mulcahy; dog, Cooper Lany; and many special cousins, especially the DelRio family and Cynthia Lopez; and many friends. Kennedi was preceded in death by grandma, Elizabeth (nee Mladic) Lany; grandpa, Daniel Lany; and uncle, Kevin Lany.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 DIRECTLY at St. Thomas More Catholic Church 8501 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN with a 12:00 p.m. Funeral Mass offered by Reverend Michael Yadron. Visitation will be on Thursday, at KISH FUNERAL HOME 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 3:30 p.m. and again on Friday, at the church from 11:30 a.m. until the 12:00 p.m. Mass. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Crown Point, IN.
Kennedi graduated from Munster High School Class of 2023. She was student a IUN and a Barista at Sip Coffee. Kennedi love music, going to concerts and being outdoors.
