Lenora L. Phillips, 81 passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023. She is survived by her son, Michael (Jody) Phillips; her daughter, Jeanine (Matthew) Maloney; her brother, Joseph DiGiacomo; and five grandchildren: Marymargaret, Thomas, Madison, Megan and Macey. Lenora is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Phillips; her sister, Angela Leber; and her parents, Carl and Marie DiGiacomo. Lenora was born in Chicago, Illinois and worked as a banquet supervisor at McCormick Place for 30 years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was loved by all who knew her.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023 directly at St. Thomas More Catholic Church 8501 Calumet Ave.  Munster, IN with a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial with Father Michael O’Keefe officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm and again at the church on Friday, from 9:30 am until the 10:00 am Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.
