Linda Osterman of Dyer, Indiana passed away on May 2, 2013. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, James Osterman; loving father, John Burns; son, Steven (Heather) Osterman; daughters: Amy (Abdoulaye) Camara-Osterman and Christiane Nash Osterman; sisters: Allene Mangone, Marian Burns, Maureen Lautz, Kate Burns, and Patty Rosser; brothers: Tim Burns, John Burns, and Joe Burns; grandchildren: Isaac Nash, Isabelle Nash and Max Osterman. Preceded in death by her mother Anita Burns. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with a visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. at St. Maria Goretti Church, 500 Northgate Dr. with Fr. Michael Hoffman officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2013 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave., Munster, IN. Burial will be private.
