Loretta P. Davis, 85 of Hegewisch, IL passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, August 24, 2011. She was a loving wife to the late Paul Davis. She is survived by her daughters: Patricia Carrington, Paulette Davis and Christine Cameron; devoted grandmother to Heather (Benjamin) Thuesen and great grandmother to Skyler and Brenen; fond sister of Raymond Cap; many nieces and nephews; Preceded in death by her parents: Anna and Joseph Cap; brothers: Aloysius, Louis, Joseph and Leo Cap; sister: Adele Korczak. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 28, 2011 from 2:00-7:00 pm at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and on Monday from 9:30-10:00 am at the church. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 29, 2011 at 10:00 am at St. Maria Goretti Church, 500 Northgate Dr. Dyer, IN. Entombment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL.
