Lucille G. Hartnett beloved mother and grandmother, died March 12, 2022. She was born on August 10, 1927 in Michigan City, Indiana to Frank and Sophia Stacklick.

Lucille worked for the city of Calumet City for two previous mayors. She was active in various civic activities including Lady Lions and Pi Sigma Phi Sorority’s Beta Alpha Chapter, eventually serving as the national grand chapter president.

Lucille was preceded in death by husband Richard T. Hartnett, survived by her children Beverly Wright (Swain), Anne Hartnett and granddaughter Kristine Swain.

A memorial event to honor Lucille will be announced at a later date. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Towne Centre Living and the William J Riley Memorial Residence. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
