March 15, 1934 - October 29, 2014

Maria “Vivian” Keyes, 80, of Munster, IN passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Daniel Keyes; son, Kevin Keyes; daughters, Karyn (Richard) Bohling and Kathryn (Ronald) Kotfer; grandchildren, Brittany, RJ, Kaitlyn and Paige Bohling, Daniel, Michael and Jimmy Kotfer; twin sister, Mary “Violet” (Richard) Dwyer; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Svea McAtee. Visitation will be on Monday, November 3, 2014 from 3:00-8:00 PM with a prayer service at 4:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Vivian was a retired school teacher from the Munster School System. She taught 4th grade for many years at Eads Elementary School and Science at Wilbur Wright Middle School. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Share Foundation in her memory would be appreciated.
