Cherished great grandmother of 7. Fond mother-in-law of Dr. T.A. Nagaraja. Caring sister of Robert Alkire. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; daughters, Barbara Robinson and Susan Nagaraja. Funeral service will be private. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at the Roseland Cemetery, Francesville, IN. Marjorie was a member of the First Christian Church of Hessville. She swam for 30 years at the Hammond YMCA. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the First Christian Church of Hessville, 6805 Alabama Ave. Hammond IN. 46323 in her memory would be appreciated.
