Marjorie Ruth Banks, 95 of Lansing, IL passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012. She is survived by her daughters: Patricia (Michael) Melko and Sharon (Ernest) Komorowski; sons: John (Linda) Hibbs and Michael (Pam) Hibbs; stepdaughters: Beverly (Bob) Lody and Susan (Greg) Benes; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; Preceded in death by her husbands: Elmer Hibbs and John Banks. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 26, 2012 from 3:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and on Friday from 9:30-10:00 AM at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 AM at St. Ann Church, Lansing, IL. Interment will be at Assumptions Cemetery, Glenwood, IL. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children’s Hospital www.stjude.org/tribute in her memory would be appreciated.
