Matthew Benjamin Landry, age 40, SysAdmin par excellence, died on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at Community Hospital, Munster, IN, after eight months of battling cancer. He is survived by his wife, Vanessa, and mother, Camilla. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church 1850 N. Hermitage Ave. Chicago, IL. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Mass. All are welcome. Born September 5, 1975, Matt was loved by literally hundreds of people, including his coworkers a Performics, as well as previous jobs, at AT&T, Host Way and others. He was an active Catholic, worshipping in three different parishes, St. John Cantius, St. Mary of the Angels and St. Thomas More. Matt was also a member of the Catholic group, the Apocryphals. He is also well-known in political and book circles, ranging from Baen's Bar, to the Conservative-Libertarian Fiction Alliance.
