A good life cut so short is hard to understand, even harder to accept. As Christians we find comfort in the faith we were raised in to believe we have gone to a better place. A place with no hurt, sorrow, sadness. Matt was certainly deserving of such a place. My deepest sympathy and prayers to his family, his close friends and his co-workers who are left to carry on in this life without him until the hurt, sorrow and sadness turns into beautiful treasured memories. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

I only had the pleasure of meeting up with The Don a handful of times, but each time he was always welcoming to me and would initiate great, witty conversation that would make the transition into the evening that much more enjoyable. My condolences to his family and our mutual friends.
