I met Naomi in Munster (after flying in from Florida) about 6 years ago at my sisters’ birthday luncheon in Flossmoor. I also saw her on other happy occasions. She had a kind heart, was friendly, beautiful, and had the funniest speech. I’m certain everyone will miss her.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Naomi's passing. Adam was my closest friend throughout my teenage years, we were like brothers. Closer than brothers. Naomi could not have been more welcoming, warm and kind to me. She welcomed me to her family with beyond open arms. I loved spending time with the Cohens and it was because of the environment that Naomi had fostered. She was a very special person and I will be forever grateful for how she accepted me at this formative time in my life. Love you Naomi, Adam, Dan, Alex, Ernest, Ursula.

I met Naomi and Alex in Rome when my brother and Naomi were in business meetings. Her constant joy and energy was radiant and memorable. In the Midrash Rabbah there is a discussion on which is best, our day of birth or our day of death. The conclusion was our day of death for we look forward to our Day of Resurrection. May that day be soon. And May her memory always be for a blessing.
