Nedra C. Bach

September 10, 1940 - May 26, 2014

Nedra C. Bach of Hammond, IN passed away on Monday, May 26, 2014. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Mark) Graham; son, J. Michael Bach; brother, Kent (Lois) Love; many nieces and nephews; preceded in death by her husband, James in 1981. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Funeral service will be on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Nedra was a 50 year member of the Southside Christian Church and was active in the children's worship. She was a volunteer at Sojourner Truth House and very active in 2 Bunco Clubs. I'm so sorry to hear that your mother has now passed as well. I'm sure you will miss her very much here on earth, but I think that your dad and Sue and the angels are all rejoicing to see her in heaven. Best wishes to you and Mark.

Nedra was such a special person. I never heard her say anything negative about anyone. Paul & I knew Nedra through the South Side Christian Church where we had the privilege of having Mike and Kathy in our Youth Group. Later I enjoyed working out with Nedra at Silver Slippers which met at Purdue. She was a great example of the Christian life. I know she is rejoicing in heaven! God bless all those she leaves behind. She will be greatly missed.

Every year she would send me a birthday card with flower seeds :(
