Patricia Elizabeth Janott

Patricia Elizabeth Janott (nee McDonald), 89, of Highland, IN. Born on St. Patrick’s Day March 17, 1923 and passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at St. Anthony’s Hospice Center. She was the loving mother of Kathleen (Jake) Duvall, Janet (Joe) Vallone and Jonathan Janott (Donald Hermann). Cherished sister of Robert (Janet) McDonald of Highland, IN; many nieces, nephews and their families. Preceded in death by her husband, John Janott; daughter, Joanie Janott; parents, Andrew and Elizabeth McDonald; brother, Andrew McDonald and sister, Madelyn Crosario (nee McDonald). Visitation will be on Sunday January 20, 2013 from 2:00-6:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and on Monday from 10:00-10:30 AM at the church. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 21, 2013 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Grace Church, Highland, IN. Interment will be private. Patricia was a member of Our Lady of Grace Church, the Metro Golden Age Club, formerly employed at L.S. Ayers, Community and Owned and Operated Johnny’s Drive In, Gary, IN. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Friends of St. Anthony’s Hospice, Crown Point, in her memory would be appreciated.
