Patricia M. Tabloff (nee Zubek), 69 of Lansing, IL passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of 47 years to Richard; Loyal mother of Michael and Julie (William) Zito; Proud Grandma of Ashlyn, Troy, Francesca, Gianna, and Maddie. Preceded in death by her Brother Eddie, Sisters Anna and Sophie. Cherished Aunt and Great Aunt to many Nieces and Nephews. Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 PM with a service at 7:30 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Interment will be on Thursday July 26, 2012 at Resurrection Cemetery, 7201 Archer Ave Justice, IL at 11:00 AM.Pat was co-owner of Aquamist and a member of the Lansing Country Club. In lieu of flowers, contribution to The Stem Cell Transplant Program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital http://foundation.nmh.org/patriciamtabloff in her memory would be appreciated.

What a beautiful picture of Pat on this website. I am privledged to have known her for so many years. A most gracious loving kind and generous person. Even when I wouls visit her in the hospital she was sure to ask if I wanted something to drink from her refrigerator. Always hospitable and ready to get you whatever you might need from her BAG. I told her she was the best girl scout ever (always prepared) She will be missed but never forgotten!
