Paul A. Michalski, 55 of Schererville, IN formerly of Calumet City, IL passed away on Friday, May 10, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Laura (nee Kun); brother, Thomas (Denise) Michalski; mother-in-law, Margaret (late Paul) Kun; sisters-in-law, Margery (Sal) Scudella and Joyce (Tony) Rigoni; several nieces, nephews and cousins; preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Gloria Michalski; sister, Kathleen Stancik.Visitation will be on Sunday, May 12, 2013 from 2:00-7:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Funeral service will be on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL.Paul was a former employee at U.S. Steel Southworks. He was an avid drag race fan and a fisherman at heart. Memorial contributions to the Humane Society of the Calumet Area in his memory would be appreciated.
