Raymond Lucka

November 18, 1932 - April 17, 2020

Raymond R. Lucka, 87 of Crete, IL Passed away suddenly on April 17, 2020. He was a loving husband, father and treasured grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 21 years Joanne (Talkowski) Lucka, sons Larry (Sharon) Lucka of Crown Point, IN, Richard (Dawn) Lucka of Crete, IL, Alan (Terri) Lucka of  St, John, IN, Kevin (Lori)  Lucka of Dyer, IN, Dale (Stephanie) Lucka of Dyer, IN, Chris Lucka of Gunnersville, AL, Russ (Gina) Lucka of Crown Point, IN and a loving daughter Trina (Jeff) Ferguson of Indianapolis, IN. Also surviving are his stepchildren, Dawne and (Jeff) Tryko of Findlay, OH. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.

Raymond was a Sergeant in the Army and a Korean War Veteran. He retired after 30 years of service in maintenance department from Franciscan Hospital in Hammond, IN. Raymond also enjoyed fishing and hunting in his younger years. Raymond is preceded in death by his sons, Kenny Lucka and Frank VanDyke. Any contributions may be made to the VFW Post 6448 in Dyer, IN. Raymond will be sadly missed by all.
