Loving husband for 60 years of Antoniette \”Toni\” Dudley nee Gentile; devoted father of Patricia (James) Rupcich, Sandra (Mark) Phalen, Richard C. (Paige) Dudley III, and James (Leslie) Dudley; loving grandfather of Christine (Jason) Romans, Cheryl (Jason) Barbaro, Donna (Chuck) Valentine, and John (Alison) Hendricks; proud great-grandfather of Isabella Romans, Luke Romans, Rachel Barbaro, Jacob Barbaro, Julianna Barbaro, Tyler Valentine, Alexandra Valentine, Tristen Hendricks, and Norah Hendricks; cherished son of the late Richard C. and Hulda Dudley Sr.; dear brother of the late Marilyn Dudley; fond brother-in-law of the late Joseph (Dorothy) Gentile; kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Past Commander of Roseland American Legion Post #49. Life Member of Calumet City American Legion Post #330. 4th Degree Sir Knight of the Samuel Cardinal Stritch Assembly #205. Member of Lansing Knights of Columbus #3540, Highland Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks #981 and Roseland Spaghetti-O‚Äôs. Former head usher at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in South Holland. Avid White Sox Fan. Visitation will be on Monday, February 18, 2013 from 2:00- 9:00 PM. Funeral Tuesday 9:00 AM from Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN to Holy Ghost Church Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM. Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum.
