I had interacted many times with Rich when the Company was still Bee Chemical/ Morton. He was a highly intelligent Engineer who spent many hours in the Polymer Synthesis Lab running all kinds of experiments on his own. Not afraid to get his hands dirty so to speak. High energy, always bouncing ideas around, always filled with high enthusiasm, he was inspiring to be with. R.I.P. I feel privileged to have known him.

To the Jarzombek family my deepest condolences on the loss of both your father and mother. Your brother Robert was my best friend in first grade at St. Ann's in Lansing. I have never forgotten Robert and not only think of him often, when I have occasion to speak about my life, Robert is usually mentioned. Your parents treated me extremely nice when I would have a playdate with Robert and even had a sleepover at your home once. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Steve and family, please accept our deepest condolences. I have only fond memories of my time at Bee Chemical working with Rich, and sincere gratitude for this opportunity. May he, and your mom, rest in peace in God's glory. Sincerely, Nick Naumovic
