Beloved husband of Louise (Nee Szafranski); loving father of Kenneth (Penny) Segal and Lauren Segal; cherished grandfather of Hunter; devoted son of the late Virginia Segal; dearest brother of Bruce (Christine) Segal and Donald (Jeanette) Segal; fond nephew of Phil (late Lee) Batusic. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Former employee of Wisconsin Steel and Dealers Transport at the Ford Plant. Rich enjoyed spending time with his grandson, fishing, the gambling boats, and watching wheel of fortune. Visitation Wednesday, January 9, 2013 from 2:00-8:00 PM. with a funeral service at 7:00 PM from the Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN.
