Robert “Bob” A. Revis, 67 of Dyer, IN passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2013. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49years, Teresa (nee Gentry); loving father of Robert “Ron” (Diana) Revis, Scott (Tammy) Revis, Missy (Jim) Benak, Brian (Nadine) Revis and Vicki Oski; cherished grandfather of 19, proud great grandfather of 1 with 1 on the way; caring brother of Dorothy (Glen) Mason, Jeanne Ratkovich, Bill (Mary) Revis, Nancy (late Bob) Eierman and Leeann Revis; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; preceded in death by his parents, Bud and Billie Revis; brother, Jerry Revis and sisters, Linda Landini and Jackie Colon. Visitation will be on Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 2:00-6:00 PM with a funeral service at 6:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Robert retired from U.S. Steel after 42 years of service. He was an avid mechanic for many years. Bob enjoyed traveling and spending time with his children, grandchildren and friends. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the family would be appreciated.
