Mary Jo, Matt, Katie and Jacob, Rose and I were so sorry to hear of Robert's passing. The day that I heard I was sitting out side thinking about the two years we coached Brendan and Jacob on the Steel City Giants together and I was thinking about the fun we had coaching when a cardinal flew up to my bird feeder. That told me right then and there that Robert was looking down on us, smiling and telling everybody that everything is going to be OK. He will be missed.

Some of my fondest, most formative memories were spending time with Robert and Maryjo Biscan at their home. You both made my physical therapy years away from my own family less lonely. You were like my second family in Indiana! I wish I could be there now to hug you, Mrs Biscan. I am thinking of you and your whole family from hundreds of miles away. Sending you all my love and my deepest sympathies.
