Rogelio Ferreira, age 82 of Dyer, IN passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023.  He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mireya Ferreira (nee Ramirez); daughter Yolanda Van Hecke; Roger (Enelyn) Ferreira.  Loving grandfather to Roger A. (Susy) Ferreira, Daniella Ferreira, Jonathan Van Hecke and great-grandchildren Zadier Ferreira and Amado Ferreira. Big brother to Ernesto Ferreira, Alfonso (Anita) Ferreira, Louise (Ron) Robson, Lupe Flores, Anita (Bruce) Amkraut, Lourdes Guerra, Connie (Ken) Fuja.

Rogelio was preceded in death by his parents, Camilo and Ana Maria (nee Cuevas) Ferreira; son-in-law Jeffrey Van Hecke.

Rogelio loved spending his summers camping with his family.
