Robert Lindemann left a message on March 20, 2020:
I’m deeply saddened by the loss of my dear friend. Ron, simply was the finest electrical engineer imaginable. Further, he was the finest human being. I’m glad now that his suffering is over. I’ve got so many fine memories of him after 30 years of working together. To Mark and Allen, you did a wonderful job of supporting Ron. May Ron’s memory be eternal!

I remember my late father-in-law Bill Thomas speaking highly of Ron's ethics and talents during their working relationship at Inland Steel Co. Prayers with his family, RIP now Ron.
John Sepiol left a message on March 19, 2020:
I enjoyed many years at Inland with Ron and other Electrical people, and the beer and pizza we shared after retirement. My favorite time with Ron was the two weeks we spent in Japan on a 'maintenance mission' in the mid 80's. One day as we toured a Buddhist Temple in the Sacred City of Kyoto, his leg started to fall off. I didn't know what to do. He calmly told me to guard a 10' x 20' high door while he went behind it and screwed it back together.
