Rudy Foresta

Rudy Foresta, 80 of Henderson, NV formerly of Dolton, IL passed away peacefully on Friday, January 25, 2013. He is survived by his sons, Randy (Melinda), Jeffrey (Tammy) and Michael (Heather) Foresta; grandchildren, Adam, Samantha, Vanessa, Valerie, Vincent and Ianna; sisters, Rosemary (late John) and Stella (late John); brothers, Carmen (late Phyllis), Joe (Charlotte) and Attilio (Mary); sister-in-law, Gemma; many nieces and nephews; He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Irene (nee Deak); brothers, Sam, Louie, Frank and Ralph; loving companion, Mary. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 3:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and on Friday from 9:30-10:00 AM at the church. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 10:00 AM at St. Maria Goretti Church, 500 Northgate Dr. Dyer, IN. Interment will be at Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood, IL. Rudy was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather; who will be missed by everyone whose lives he touched. Rudy was a public servant for 35 years. He enjoyed teaching continued education classes at UNLV. He also loved to read and write.
