Samuel O. Shultz, 91 of Dyer, IN passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024. He is survived by his life partner, Anna Groszek; son, Allen (Kathy) Shultz; daughters, Heidi Daniels and Maki (Kurt) Halum; 9 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewy and Hatsu Shultz; son, Roy Shultz; brother, John; and sisters, Anna, and Emiko.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 pm at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN.
Sam was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. He was an architect who help develop many projects in the area. After retiring he opened the House of Kobe restaurant. Sam enjoyed collecting swords and was an avid foodie.
