Shirley A. Reed, 75 of Schererville, IN formerly of Munster, IN passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2012. She is survived by her sons, Dr. Kenneth (Jeannette) Reed and John (Kristan) Reed; grandchildren, Kylie, Ken, Cameran and Blake; brothers, Ronald (Barbara) Mosca and Emil (Elaine) Mosca; sister, Jeanette (late Ron) Bolek and Gerri (Larry) Wiley; numerous nieces and nephews; preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth D. Reed in 2008 and brother, Fred A. Mosca. Visitation will be Monday, October 8, 2012 from 3:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Shirley was a former member of Pi Sigma Phi Sorority. She was an avid golfer and a former member of Woodmar Country Club and a member of Briar Ridge Country Club. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Community Hospital Cancer Research Center in her memory would be appreciated.
