Simplicia S. Ngo, 96 of Munster, IN passed away peacefully of Sunday, September 29, 2013. She is survived by her sons, Romeo (Grace) Ngo of New York, NY and Ernesto (Margaret) Ngo of Manila, Philippines; daughters, Juliet (Arturo) Ngo of New York, NY, Dr. Rosita Ngo of Schererville, IN, Dr. Precita Ngo of Manila, Philippines, Eliza Ngo of New York, NY, Elizabeth (late Doling) Yee of Munster, IN, Virginia Ngo of New York, NY and Tina Ngo of Schererville, IN; grandchildren, Arlene (Monico) Balingit of Cebu, Philippines, Christine (Christopher) Ortiz of Cebu Philippines, John (Joy) Ngo of New York, NY, Vincent (Hazel) Ngo of New York, NY, Ian Ngo of New York, NY, Michele (Matthew) Ngo-Morales of New York, NY, Angelo Ngo of New York, NY, Patrick Ngo of New York, NY, Therese Ngo of New York, NY, Timothy Yee of Munster, IN and Emmeline Monique Ngo of Manila Philippines; great grandchildren, Angela, Monico and Carl James Balingit, Sean and Stacey Ortiz all of Cebu, Philippines, Tiffany and Hailey Ngo both of New York, NY; several nieces, nephews and cousins; preceded in death by her husband, Ngo Seng Joseph; brothers, Jose Sia, Francisco Sia and Rogaciano Sia; Visitation will be on Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 PM with a prayer service at 6:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and on Friday from 9:30-10:00 AM at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 4, 2013 at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas More Church, 8501 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Thomas More Church or the Carmelite Monastery in her memory would be appreciated.
