December 28, 1962 - May 5, 2011

Susan Ann Aldridge, 48 of Hammond, IN passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2011 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, William D. Aldridge; son, William B. Aldridge; daughters, Amanda (Dave) Brienza, Rachel and Victoria Aldridge; father, Frank Motkowski; brothers, Bruce (Virginia) Motkowski, Dave (Barbara) Motkowski, Paul (Samira) Motkowski and Jim Motkowski; sisters, Karen (Duane) Motkowski-Foltz, Linda (Bill) Prusiecki and Cindy (Dave) Sanders; sisters-in-law, Susan Motkowski, Sally (John) Akers and Sherry Kaye, nieces Anne Greene and Erica Allen, and numerous others. Preceded in death by her mother, Theresa Motkowski, and brothers Lawrence and Gregory Motkowski.Visitation will be on Monday, May 9, 2011 from 3:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN.Susan was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt who will be missed by all who knew her. She was an active Soldier in the Hammond-Munster Salvation Army and oversaw the youth programming. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Hammond-Munster Salvation Army Youth Program in her memory would be appreciated.
