Susan M. Kozlowski, 66, of Lynwood, IL passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jerome Kozlowski; sons, Derek Kozlowski, Jason Kozlowski and Jonathan (Diane) Kozlowski; daughter, Julie Kozlowski; grandchildren, Alexis, Skylar, Amaya and Addison; sister, Carol (Bill) Bowles; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Helen Kulak; granddaughter, Ivy; brothers, David and Harold Jr. Kulak. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 pm with a Memorial service at 8:00 pm at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Interment will be private. Susan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be missed by all who knew her. She retired from Target retail store. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Diabetes Association in her memory would be appreciated.
