Tamara Jo Dublak, 48 of Munster, IN passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2009. She is survived by her husband of 22 years: David Dublak; children: Matthew, Natalie and Bryan Dublak; sister: Susan Mitchell; brothers: Jim Mitchell and Jeff (Joanne) Mitchell; father and mother in law: Stanley and Patricia Dublak; brother in law: Mike (Sharon) Dublak; sister in law: Chris (Dave) Fisher; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; preceded in death by her parents: Harold and Margaret Mitchell; Visitation will be on Monday, September 21, 2009 from 3:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. (next to Fitness Pointe) Munster, IN. Funeral service will be private. Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. Tami was employed at Community Hospital and a member of St. Thomas More Church. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting and scrap booking. The family would like to thank their neighbors and Tami’s co-workers and bunko friends for all their help. Tami was a loving and devoted wife, mother and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
