Terry D. McCarthy, 50, of Munster, IN passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 3, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Shelly; daughters, Samantha and Shannon McCarthy; son, Patrick McCarthy; mother, Joan McCarthy; brother, John McCarthy; sister, Mary Kay (Kevin) Carey; father and mother in law, Dennis and Brenda Lileikis; several nieces and nephews; preceded in death by his father, Thomas McCarthy. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 from 9:00-11:30 AM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. with a Mass of Christian burial being celebrated at 12:00 noon at St. Thomas More Church with Fr. Michael Yadron officiating. Interment will be private. Terry was employed at Bell Fuel. He was a member of St. Thomas More Church, where he was very active in coaching athletics. Please omit flowers.
