Thelma E. Lively, after a brave and courageous battle with health issues, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 4, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Al Lively; son, Edward (Tammy) Krakowiak; grandsons, Christopher, Corey and Cole Krakowiak; granddaughters, Katherine Greer and Michelle Brunner; great grandsons, Kane and Kai Greer; Preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Rogers, mother, Grace Rogers; sister, Helen Benson; brothers, Eddie and Walt Rogers. Visitation will be on Friday, June 6, 2014 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. and on Sunday from 6:00-8:00 PM at Sharp Funeral Home, 209 Roane St. Oliver Springs, TN. Funeral service will be Monday, June 9, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Friendly Welcome Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will be at the Seeber Family Cemetery, Oliver Springs, TN. Thelma enjoyed cooking, playing bingo, cards and visiting Las Vegas. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Hospice of the Calumet Area would be appreciated. The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to Hospice for all their care and kindness during this difficult time.
