Thelma “Lorene” Rosko, 96 of Munster, IN passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2010. She is survived by her sons, Donald (Willie) Rosko and Gerald (Joan) Rosko; daughter in law, Janet Rosko; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, Randall and May Romans, husband, Frank J. Rosko, brother, Clifford Romans, sisters, Goldie Lurie and Reba Pendley, sons, Frank E. Rosko and Thomas J. Rosko, granddaughter, Jill Rosko, grandson, Jeffrey Rosko, brothers in law, Jacob Lurie and Elgan Pendley. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 from 3:00-8:00 pm at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. (next to Fitness Pointe) Munster, IN and on Thursday from 9:30-10:00 AM at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 10:00 AM at St. Maria Goretti Church, 500 Northgate Dr. Dyer, IN with Fr. Charles Niblick officiating. Interment, St. John Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Lorene was a snowbird with her husband since 1975 in Kissimmee and Melbourne, FL.
