Timothy D. Petsas, 56 of Munster, IN passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2013. Beloved son of Christine Petsas of Munster, IN; loving brother of Jim (Andrea) Petsas of Ogden Dunes, IN and Bill (Kathryn) Petsas of Paradise Valley, AZ; cherished uncle of Nikki (Tom) Blodgett, Shelli (Matt) Venable, Nicholas Petsas, Christina Petsas and Alexander Petsas; proud great uncle of Colin and Andrew Blodgett; many aunts, uncles and cousins; preceded in death by his father, Nick J. Petsas; Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be a Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville, IN. Tim was a general contractor and master craftsman for many years in Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area. You cannot drive through Northwest Indiana without seeing examples of his construction expertise. His kindness and sense of humor will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Munster High School Booster Club, MHS Booster Club, Munster High School, 8808 Columbia Avenue, Munster IN 46321 in his memory would be appreciated.
