Timothy Robert Palermo

Timothy R. Palermo (26) late of Schererville, Indiana and formerly of Steger, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.Born in Hammond, Indiana on July 10, 1984, to William Palermo and Debra Adams, he touched the lives of everyone he met with his beautiful eyes and infectious smile. He will continue to touch lives even in death through his final gift of organ donation. Tim could usually be found on a snowboard or a snowmobile as soon as snow hit the ground or on the water if the weather was nice. His life revolved around his family and friends, both of which he had many.Tim is survived by his loving parents, William (Dana Elliott) Palermo and Debra (late Thomas) Adams and his stepmother: Cynthia Balistocky. He is also survived by his sisters, Keli (Kevin), Nicole (BJ) Melville, and Kaitlyn Adams and his nephews Lucas, Cole, Ethan and Carter. Tim also leaves behind his maternal grandparents: Frank and Dori Schuch, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Avenue, Munster, Indiana. Entombment at Holy Cross Mausoleum in Calumet City. Visitation will be on Friday from 2:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
