Victoria B. Waclawek, 88, of Calumet City, IL passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017. She is survived by her sisters: Marion (late Norman) Booth, and Madeline (late Clarence) Fleming; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; Preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Bernice Waclawek; siblings: Aloysius (Margaret) Wacker, Joseph (Marie) Waclawek, Anthony (Helen) Waclawek, Virginia (Frank) Wicker, Anna Struzik, Elsie (Walter) Franknecht, Rita (Allen) Alexander and Lillian Waclawek. Visitation will be on Sunday April 9, 2017 at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN from 2:00-4:00 pm with a prayer service at 2:30 pm and on Monday from 9:30-10:00 am at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 10, 2017 at 10:00 am at St. Thomas More Church, Munster, IN. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. Victoria was a member of St. Thomas More Church and St. Andrew Church, where she was involved in numerous organizations of the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the St. Thomas More Church Capital campaign Fund or St. Andrew the Apostle Church, Calumet City, IL Building Fund in her memory would be greatly appreciated.
